Is driver gratuity added onto the bill?

Yes, a 20% gratuity is added onto all rentals. We strive to provide above and beyond customer service. If you feel that you have received such service you are welcome to give the driver an additional tip.

Is smoking allowed inside the vehicles?

All Limo vehicles are non-smoking, limousines fall under the same jurisdiction as restaurants, bars and taxis.

Do you have an hourly minimum limo service ?

There is a four hour rental minimum on limos and four hour minimum on all buses. For 3 or 2 hours the price will be change.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you book the reservation 15 days prior.

What does the rate include?

Rates include fuel, service and overall maintenance of the limousine service. The cost does not include sales tax or driver gratuity.

When does our time begin?

Your time begins when the driver arrives at the first location. However, if the pick-up is outside of the Tri-State area, the time begins when our driver leaves our facility. Your rental period ends when the last passenger leaves the vehicle.

What if we want to stay out longer than originally scheduled?

You are welcome to extend your rental time frame. Inform your driver of the extension and payment arrangements can be made for the additional time. The additional cost can be added to your existing credit card purchase or the remaining difference can be paid to the driver with cash.

Are we allowed alcohol in the vehicles? If so, do you provide it?

Alcohol is allowed in the limo or party bus only if all passengers are 21 years of age or older. We do supply coolers, ice, and cups for your beverages.
